Objectives and Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Amazon clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize client accounts, increase sales, and enhance overall brand performance on Amazon.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and other initiatives to drive client success.
  • Proactively monitor and address any issues related to account health, product listings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of Amazon’s ever-evolving platform, policies, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and challenges, driving data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts and brands, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s advertising platforms, seller central, and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon account management or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving business objectives on Amazon.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and other e-commerce tools is highly desirable.
