We are seeking a high-performing Amazon Brand Manager to join our e-Commerce client to manage and optimize their product listings, brand presence, and improve revenue growth of its Amazon channel. This results-driven role will primarily drive the Amazon PPC advertising management and catalog optimization for sustainable and eco-friendly brands on Amazon.

With proven years of concentrated experience in Amazon catalog and brand management, experience with consumer products for beauty, skincare, and personal care a plus, this individual has demonstrated the ability to transform product visibility, optimize advertising performance, and navigate the complex ecosystem of Amazon’s selling environment.
Your Role and Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon Brand Manager you will be responsible for the following objectives:
- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion
- Ensure 99%+ catalog accuracy and compliance with Amazon guidelines
- Manage comprehensive product data, including strategic keyword optimization for product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Resolve product listing issues and maintain catalog health
- Design, execute, and optimize effective Amazon PPC campaigns
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and continuous A/B testing
- Analyze and refine campaign strategies to maximize ROI
- Manage inventory and coordinate with 3PL for Amazon product shipments
- Maintain ASIN stock levels for both brands
- Generate detailed brand performance and publish reports weekly
- Proactively communicate and collaborate to ensure support on brand campaigns
Performance Expectations and KPIs
Advertising Performance Targets
- Achieve minimum 3x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Maintain Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) below 25%
- Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR) to 2%+
- Maintain Conversion Rate (CVR) above 10%
- Identify and test 20-30 new keywords monthly
Catalog Management Goals
- Maintain 99%+ listing accuracy
- Resolve 95% of catalog-related issues within 48 hours
- Keep suppressed listings below 1%
- Implement SEO improvements on 40 ASINs monthly
Your Qualifications and Competencies
To excel in this role, our ideal hire must possess the following qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of specialized Amazon e-commerce platform experience
- Proven track record of scaling brands profitably on Amazon (experience in beauty, skincare, and personal care brands a plus)
- Advanced navigation of Amazon Seller Central and expert-level understanding of Amazon advertising
- Demonstrated success in performance marketing and catalog management
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s ranking algorithms and consumer behavior
- Data-driven approach with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Advanced technical proficiency with Amazon Advertising tools, listing optimization tools (Helium 10, etc.), Google Ads Editor, Spreadsheet/Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)
- Strong proactive communication and exceptional problem-solving skills identifying and providing resolutions of operational challenges
