As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing Amazon catalogs, optimizing product listings, and ensuring the overall health and performance of our brand’s presence on Amazon. Objectives and Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon catalogs to enhance product visibility, sales, and overall performance.
  • Own and execute strategies to improve product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns on the Amazon platform.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Proactively address issues related to product listings, pricing, and account health to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to continuously enhance our e-commerce strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon catalog management, e-commerce, or related roles.
  • Proven success in optimizing product listings and improving account health on Amazon.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and other e-commerce tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
