Work From PH is actively looking for driven, creative, and passionate Content Writer Creatives to join its client’s Digital Marketing Team, an award-winning SAAS company in the multifamily industry (PropTech) headquartered in New Orleans, United States with this full-time, remote position.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in creating compelling copy for websites, designing social media graphic templates, and conducting keyword research for SEO-optimized content. An eye for design that ensures brand consistency is crucial. Experience with Canva and familiarity with social media ads and Google Ads management is a plus.

Your Objectives and Key Responsibilities

As a high-impact Digital Marketing team member, you will be responsible for the following objectives: :

Copywriting for Apartment Marketing Websites:

  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for our clients’ apartment marketing websites to attract potential renters.
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly through effective keyword research and alignment with the brand’s voice and messaging.

Keyword Research for SEO-Optimized Content:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value and relevant search terms.
  • Integrate targeted keywords into website content to improve organic search rankings.

Graphic Content Creation:

  • Design visually appealing social media graphics that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize Canva to produce high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns and enhances brand presence.

Design and Branding:

  • Incorporate brand colors, fonts, and styles consistently across all digital platforms.
  • Select and edit appropriate stock images that align with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals.

(Nice to Have) Social Media Ads Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Analyze ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign results.

(Nice to Have) Google Ads Management:

  • Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns, focusing on keywords, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, our ideal candidates possess the following:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in copywriting, specifically for apartment marketing or real estate.
  • Experience in keyword research for SEO-optimized content utilizing tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory and typography.
  • Ability to select and edit stock images to fit brand standards.
  • Nice to have: Experience in managing social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Google Ads management.

Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Exceptional command of the English language.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and copywriting, plus graphic design.
