We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a charismatic and can-do attitude to support a growing e-Commerce business based in the United States on a full-time, remote position. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience and a background in working with founders, business owners, and C-level executives.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that your client optimizes their time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals.

Objectives And Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your client’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Take ownership of organizing and maintaining effective communication between your client and with internal and external stakeholders, meeting notes and important documents
  • Coordinate and manage professional and personal projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in research, reporting, and analysis of data to support business decisions
  • Support social media management and respond to DMs professionally
  • Provide administrative support to cross-functional departments as needed
  • Handle personal tasks for sending thoughtful gifts, dinner reservations, and family vacations
  • Identify areas for process improvement and initiate changes to be implemented

Qualifications and Professional Requirements

  • Proven success as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Fluent in English with strong ability to provide clear and concise updates
  • High emotional and social intelligence to interact and build rapport with the client’s network
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Background in working with C-level executives, founders, and business owners
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful with the ability to learn new tools and software for efficiency
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
