We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to provide strategic financial guidance to support the growth of our business.
Objectives And Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support the growth of the business
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow and financial risk to ensure the financial stability of the company
- Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns and compliance with all tax regulations
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Strong financial expertise with a deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in cloud accounting software, with experience in QuickBooks Online, Xero or other similar accounting software
- Background in working with U.S. companies and proficient in U.S. GAAP accounting principles
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
