We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our small but growing online business. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in managing projects, with a background in working with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Objectives And Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, scope changes, and resource allocation
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Continuously seek ways to improve project processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in an online retail or eCommerce environment
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with team members and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Background in working with cross-functional teams
- Tech-savvy, innovative, and resourceful with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
- Familiarity with project management software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
