The Role: Senior Angular Developer

As a Senior Angular Software Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging modern Angular applications using Angular 16+ and TypeScript. Your work will directly impact 365 Connect’s customers and the products they rely on daily. While your primary focus will be front-end development, experience with backend technologies such as .NET is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, high-performance Angular applications using TypeScript, Angular CLI, and modern front-end development practices.
• Develop reusable components, services, and modules that follow Angular best practices and clean architecture principles.
• Apply key Angular concepts such as Routing, RxJS, NgRx, and Change Detection strategies to create structured, maintainable applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS/CSS code using modern Angular patterns and tools.
• Ensure responsive web design and deliver optimal user experiences across a variety of devices and platforms.
• Identify and resolve software defects to ensure reliable, high-quality applications for end-users.
• Collaborate with QA and backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and comprehensive test coverage.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates proactively and clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
• This is a key individual contributor role and does not include managing people or entry level developers.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• 9-10+ years of professional experience with strong track record as a front-end or full-stack developer, building responsive, high-performing web applications.
• Possess deep expertise in Angular (v16+), including Components, Services, Routing, RxJS, Change Detection, and modular architecture with at least four (4+) years of experience in Angular.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript and use Angular CLI to streamline development workflows and enforce best practices.
• Apply advanced knowledge of HTML5, SCSS/CSS, and JavaScript to build accessible, standards-compliant, and visually polished user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance through techniques such as lazy loading, AOT compilation, and efficient change detection strategies.
• Analyze and solve complex UI/UX and performance challenges using creative and scalable solutions.
• Stay current with front-end technologies, Angular ecosystem updates, and web development best practices.
• Adept at coding, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of flawless software features and enhancements.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Meet project deadlines and milestones, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: PHP150K-170K/month (based on experience and qualifications) + complete benefits package

Location and Schedule: FULL-TIME, 100% REMOTE position with a results-based standard. You must be a Filipino Software Developer based in the Philippines. Your work schedule follows operating hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM Central Time (U.S.)
